Faces is an award-winning short film playing at Fantastic Fest 2024 in the Short Fuse Block during the opening weekend. Written and directed by Blake Simon (Red Velvet, Goldilocks), the film recently won the Audience Award Gold for Best International Short Film at the Fantasia Film Festival 2024 this summer.
The film cast includes Cailyn Rice, Ethan Daniel Corbett, Natalie De Vicenils, Hanna Eisenbath, Emily Gateley, Olivia Lee, and Alex Topper.
About: A murderous unknown entity hits the jackpot when an unwitting group of college friends invites it to a rowdy house party.
Rather than giving you all the information about what transpires during the film, I highly recommend watching it during the festival and seeing what appeals to the Fantasia audience. His horror short, Red Velvet, earned the Audience Choice at Screamfest. You won’t be disappointed with the time you spend watching the film during the Short Fuse Block as it has the U. S. Premiere at Fantastic Fest 2024.
