Best friends Becky (Grace Currey) and Hunter (Virginia Gardner) find themselves at the top of a 2,000-foot radio tower (IMDB).
I decided to see this film because it looked like a good suspenseful thriller. Sure, nothing can go wrong when two young girls decide to climb a 2,000-foot radio tower. They try everything they can think of which is what one would hope every audience member would probably think of trying themselves. It is thrilling to watch what unfolds.
Currey & Gardner deliver great performances. Hunter convinces Becky to climb the tower and all mayhem ensues. One would think most would stop at the sign posted that says “Danger of Death” but no not these girls because they are looking for adventure and to get over the loss of Becky’s husband on a previous rock mountain climb.
If you are looking for something slightly different to watch, this film will keep you on the edge of your seat at times. The views are stunning and the writing is what you might expect. I would definitely catch a matinee or stream it when it comes out later.
