The Avengers and their allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe (IMDB).
I must begin by saying this is by far the best superhero movie EVER. I know that is a strong statement but I believe it to be true. For those that have been in a cave for the past ten years and have not seen all the films for all the characters that come together in this film it would be a stretch to get everything out of it. There is simply too much back story embedded in this film and it is best if you know what has happened previously. That is not to say it wouldn’t be fun to watch not knowing but having that knowledge takes this film to another level.
This film is, as expected, stunningly beautiful because needless to say that at this point they have a blank check to spend on everything. It is not only visually stunning but the writing is exquisite because of the nuances and depth these characters now have because they have been through so much together. Sure, I thought it was going to be difficult to weave so many characters together in the same movie but what they did works on all levels. The visual effects make this film worth seeing but it is the writing that makes this a truly excellent film.
This Marvel and science fiction junkie cannot highly recommend this film enough. It is most definitely worth seeing on the big screen. Marvel fans will absolutely not be disappointed.
