Review: DESPICABLE ME 3

Rating: 3.5 (Out of 5 Reels)

After he is fired from the Anti-Villain League for failing to take down the latest bad guy to threaten humanity, Gru (Steve Carell) finds himself in the midst of a major identity crisis. But, when a mysterious stranger shows up to inform Gru that he has a long-lost twin brother-a brother, Dru (Steve Carell) who desperately wishes to follow in his twin’s despicable footsteps-one former super-villain will rediscover just how good it feels to be bad (IMDB).

The usual characters are all back in this latest installment of the Despicable Me franchise. This time Carell gets to tackle two roles as Gru and his twin brother Dru. I wonder if he gets twice the salary. Dru desperately tries to get Gru to return to his villainous ways and the mayhem ensues.

This film is entertaining and the music is fantastic. I really like the minions and loved their musical scene and their usual antics. Kids of all ages will love this latest installment.
