New kid in town and aspiring science student, Cynthia Carter, has unknowingly embarked on the biggest experiment of her life.  When her science project goes wrong and causes both physical and personal injuries, she is court ordered to assist the local recluse with personal chores until she heals. It soon becomes clear that there is something very strange going on in the widow Gotham’s house that will challenge Cynthia’s scientific brain. With the help of her science teacher, Dr. Crow, her best friend, Alex, and his sister, Dharma, she sets off to put her strengths in science to the test.

Also known as “Little Ghost Grabbers”, this is a stinker of movie! Bad acting, bad writing, bad editing, and bad directing. Bad everything. It’s extremely painful to watch. Seriously bad movie.

The kids seemed as lost in the story as the horrible editing leaves the viewer in more than one place. When they are in the moment, they over-act or exaggerate their movements or dialogue. It’s awful to watch.

The editing on more than one occasion seems out of sequence. The story drags because of the editing and it makes the movie feel twice as long as it really is. Did I mention how bad this movie is?

I’m giving this movie a 1 out of 5 because they tried. This isn’t the worst movie ever made but it’s definitely bad. I realize that some stories need child actors, but it would be so much better if they had talent.

This is a very slow moving and badly put together movie. Although intended for a family movie, it will not keep everyone’s attention or interest. I can’t even suggest this would be a good free movie in good faith.

That’s my review and I’m sticking with it.
