SYFY presented their newest series, “Krypton,” with executive producer Cameron Welsh and stars Cameron Cuffe, Georgina Campbell and Wallis Day at the SXSW Film Festival in the Episodic category earlier this month. Moderated by Karama Horne (SYFYWire), panelists dove into the mythology of the DC franchise, filming in Belfast and the creation of a world that has yet to be depicted on screen.

Set two generations before the destruction of Superman’s home planet, “Krypton” follows Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe), the legendary Man of Steel’s grandfather, as a young man who is faced with a life and death conflict – save his home planet or let it be destroyed in order to restore the fate of his future grandson.
